Progressive Advocates to Kick Off Scott Walker Farewell Tour With a Positive Economic Agenda, and Cake!
MADISON, Wis. — One Wisconsin Now is kicking off a “Scott Walker Farewell Tour” and promoting the positive Tomorrow Wisconsin economic agenda focused on the unique challenges facing Generation X and Millennial voters at a press conference on Wednesday, June 27 at 10:30 a.m. in room 201 Southeast of the State Capitol.
Joining One Wisconsin Now will be Angela Lang of Black Leaders Organizing for Communities (BLOC).
To make the deal even sweeter, One Wisconsin Now will also be serving cake to commemorate 50-year-old Scott Walker’s 25 consecutive years in public office, having first been elected to the State Assembly in a special election June 29, 1993 at the age of 25.
