Groups Blast Failures of Scott Walker, GOP in Call for Progressive Voters to Vote

MADISON, Wis. — Predictions of a Democratic “blue wave” in the November election are pinned on the enthusiasm of progressives to vote.

Leaders of key advocacy groups Black Leaders Organizing for Communities (BLOC), Voces de la Frontera, Women’s March Wisconsin and Moms Demand Action will join One Wisconsin Now at a press conference at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday October 18, 2018 at the Wisconsin state Capitol to highlight how Gov. Scott Walker and Republican legislative majorities have failed to address issues critical to their constituencies and urging them to make their voices heard by voting in the upcoming elections.
