One Wisconsin Now Statements on Judge Declaring Walker’s Attack on Workers’ Rights Unconstitutional

MADISON, Wis. — One Wisconsin Now Executive Director Scot Ross released the following statements upon news late Friday a judge has declared Act 10, Gov. Scott Walker’s attack on the rights of workers, unconstitutional.

“Gov. Walker’s Act 10 was always a violation of the values of the people of Wisconsin, and now a judge has ruled it was a violation of our laws and our rights.”
