5th paragraph, and Obongo states: “I consistently believe that when it comes to whether it’s Native Americans or African-American issues or reparations, the most important thing for the U.S. government to do is not just offer words, but offer deeds.”

“Deeds” = 5% tax to pay for LaShaniqua 7 inner city Milwaukee babies. Maybe the government should just re-title the current welfare programs, thus the blacks believe that they are finally getting their reparations, and us human taxpayers don’t have to deal with an obscene tax hike to pay for reparations.
